OrbiSearch is an email validation tool that specialises in catch-all (accept-all) domain resolution. It verifies whether individual email addresses or bulk lists are deliverable before outreach, helping users reduce hard bounce rates and protect sender reputation. Core functionality: OrbiSearch uses a two-layer verification process. The first layer performs standard SMTP validation — checking email syntax, domain existence, MX records, and basic mailbox reachability. The second layer applies proprietary mailbox detection to determine whether a specific mailbox exists within catch-all domains, without sending any emails to the address being checked. Catch-all handling: Catch-all (or accept-all) domains are configured to accept mail sent to any address at that domain, regardless of whether the individual mailbox exists. Most email validators are unable to distinguish valid from invalid addresses on these domains and mark them as "risky" or "unknown." OrbiSearch attempts to resolve these addresses to a valid or invalid status in real-time. Delivery methods: Validations can be run via a RESTful API for single or bulk requests, or through CSV file upload in the web interface. Results are returned in real-time; the platform does not use an email-sending or bounce-detection approach, so there is no waiting period for results.
