With a degree in Social Communication and a postgraduate degree in semiotics (PUC-COGEAE) and in Customer Experience from UNESC Digital. A specialization in Social Innovation (The Amani Institute, Kenya). On the other hand, Raul, a business and operations, brings a wealth of experience in digital strategy and customer management across diverse industries. Postgraduate in Integrated Communication Marketing (Mackenzie - S√£o Paulo, Brazil). Also studied Digital Leadership, Business Models and Practices at MIT CISR Summer Session 2019 (Cambridge, USA), plus Digital Agribusiness Manager at Agroadvance (2022-2023).
