I like the ability to chat with a person to trouble shoot any glitches. I also think it is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I really like being able to access my schedule with my cell phone.

Quick, Concise and Knowledgeable Support

|Opus
An upside about Opus is the chat feature for IT support. I was receiving notifications about unfinished documents and was unable to see where the issue occurred. I contacted OPUS support using the chat feature and was able to speak with someone within a few seconds. The agent, Justine, was most helpful and got the error messages cleared. She communicated well about available options and asked for permission before making any changes.

Great EMR with a very supportive team

|Opus
Opus is the most user friendly EMR I have ever used. Opus is a vital tool for our facility that we use on a daily basis. It is easy to train staff on it and the ability to customize the forms to my facility needs is exceptional! Their team is always ready to help and complete all tasks within hours of request. I have had direct communication with Rodrigo, Hanz and their CEO Humberto. The entire team at Opus are always ready and eager to help!
