Great customer service. Easy to use and got up and running very quickly- no installation or IT maintenance required. I love the fact that it's web-based so everyone can access it at the same time and collaborate on a given project. Integrating everything into one place was also simple. The best part is that it's easy to redo existing plans, schedules, and rosters and create new routes so much faster than before.

I like the appearance of the software, it has comfortable interface and great Color matching. The ability of sorting trips on the platform makes it very efficient to search the specific trip, which saves time. Gantt view shows us easily that the specific duty has not enough break time or trips are overlap, likewise you can spot the places where you can improve the driver and vehicle usage. The software Preferences are very flexible, and can be modified according to customer specific demand. I also like that you can export the gantt -view data to tabular data type in ".xslx" format, another advantage is a fast response to bugs, issues and problems.

Optibus is modern and on the cloud. This really changed how we schedule and plan because it's not just about a nicer looking user interface - the modernity means quick optimization runs that take a fraction of what they used to (minutes instead of days). This frees us to do better scheduling and make better decisions. It means being able to optimize more elements - crews, vehicles, relief vehicles etc. We're also using this to bid for new business and the impact there is amazing.
