OpSpot is an integral part of our daily operations and has been instrumental in our company's process streamlining. The drag and drop feature in document uploading makes uploads quicker, integration to Google Maps is invaluable to our team on the road, and the back-end team have been phenomenal. Any time we have had any questions or concerns, they are quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

OpSpot Unites Our Teams and Simplifies Complex Project Management

What I like most about OpSpot is how it brings our entire business together in one centralised platform. I use it every day for project coordination, task management, communication and tracking progress. Our company now uses OpSpot across our internal team, three showrooms and approximately 50 subcontractors. Having everyone connected in one system has made a significant difference to how we manage our daily operations. In the construction and renovation industry, where multiple teams and trades need to work together, having clear responsibilities, real-time updates and easy access to project information is extremely valuable. OpSpot helps us stay organised, improve accountability and reduce unnecessary communication. For me, it has become an essential tool that makes managing complex projects much easier and more efficient.
