Operent is the financial layer for companies that manage short-term rentals on behalf of owners. Each booking is recorded once and carries its property, channel, owner and payout rule. From that single base, Operent shows three views of the same operation: the company's result, each property's performance and each owner's position. At month-end, owner payouts and owner statements are ready without rebuilding everything in a spreadsheet. Expenses paid by the company or by the owner are kept apart, with receipts and an audit trail. Operent works alongside your PMS and channel manager: it doesn't replace your booking tools, it replaces the financial spreadsheet. Now in early access for property managers and co-hosts.
