The pricing model matches how our business actually operates. Agricultural equipment service is highly seasonal—we’re slammed in April and May, and December is nearly dead—so we’re not stuck paying a flat monthly fee during the slow months. In winter, we might pay $5–10 for the handful of bookings we get. In spring, we pay more, but the volume justifies it. Every other system we looked at would have charged us the same amount year-round. Multi-staff availability is also exactly what we needed.
