ONO AI Interviewer

0 reviews

ONO AI Interviewer runs conversational voice interviews with every candidate, so hiring teams only spend time on the people worth meeting. Add a job description and ONO generates the assessment rubric automatically. Each candidate gets a branded interview link and takes a typical 10-minute interview whenever suits them, 24/7. The AI asks follow-up questions to capture evidence. Every interview produces a scorecard with five competencies scored out of 5, an overall FitScore, cited quotes behind every score and the full transcript. ONO runs thousands of interviews in parallel, for volume hiring. Four interviewer voices with UK and US accents; other languages on request. 30-day free trial, then from €1,999 per month.
