I really like the price. OneTwoAgent is about five times cheaper than Intercom for us: we pay $99 per month instead of around $500, with unlimited seats and around 1,500 AI conversations included. I like that it handles customer support 24/7, is very quick, and gives very accurate answers in most cases. It knows the customer it is speaking to through our database, and it reduced our support operators from five people to two. I also really like the voice mode. Users can talk directly to the widget instead of typing and get quick, accurate answers. It feels similar to a phone call directly on the web, talks like a human, and saves time. The setup was super easy and fast too. We added our website and documentation, edited the website in a few minutes, and connected it using the OneTwoAgent CLI in about five minutes.
