onDuty is shift scheduling and attendance for businesses that run on shifts: shops, restaurants and franchise networks. Build the weekly roster by drag and drop, copy last week, or let AI suggest who covers which shift. The suggestion arrives as a draft that a manager confirms. While you plan, onDuty flags what spreadsheets miss: short rest between shifts, exceeded contracted hours, annual limits on casual contracts and clashes with approved leave, across every location a person works at. They are warnings, not a legal opinion. Attendance runs on a rotating QR code shown on any phone or tablet, so no terminal or card reader is needed. Hours add up as people clock in and out. At month end you lock the month and export the figures your payroll accountant needs, as XLSX, CSV or JSON. onDuty does not calculate wages and files nothing with authorities.
