I appreciate how Olto helps customize and personalize demos for specific industries or companies, saving a lot of time by making the product demonstration specific to the client. The software is great, but the customer support is even better. They are super responsive, and whenever we have an issue, they respond within minutes, getting on a call to troubleshoot any problems. If we have feature requests, they build different features for us and are transparent when things don't work or aren't possible, which really differentiates their product. I value the agent feature that helps build demos, which saves a ton of time when customizing a demo for a specific industry or customer. The ability to bring in competitors and personalize the software demonstration is a big plus. HEXUS, which is part of Olto, makes demonstrating integrations live really easy with a click-by-click flow that looks real. This setup was straightforward, despite taking some time to get fully up and running.

The biggest win for us has been having one platform that encompasses multiple tools. Rather than stitching together a handful of point tools and managing different relationship. Olto/Hexus has increasingly become the solution our teams reach for first because it just handles more of the workflow in one place, and allows us to scale much more quickly. What's really stood out, though, is watching adoption spread organically across Greenhouse. This wasn't a mandate that we pushed top-down — other teams outside of our original group have started picking up Olto/Hexus on their own once they saw what it could do, which to me is the best signal that a tool is actually solving a real problem. The other thing I'd call out is Olto's culture around customer-centricity. It comes through in every interaction — the team is genuinely responsive, listens to feedback, and it shows in how quickly the product evolves based on what we are actually asking for. It doesn't feel like we're shouting into a support queue; it feels like a partnership.

Olto has a suite of intuitive to use, and well thought out products. While we have only started with their Hexus product for our documentation, they were expeditious in helping us resolve a couple of quirks we faced with setup, and gave us white glove treatment. The product itself is plug and play, and with about a half hour of coaching, our team picked it up and productionalized with it right away. I already even recommended the product to other clients and colleagues. Though smaller than it's main rival, Hexus outclasses this product category with what it delivers.
