Built by operators who ran short-term rentals in Vienna, OkupAI handles the compliance work generic software leaves to spreadsheets: automated guest registration via Feratel (Meldeblatt), tourist tax (Ortstaxe/Kurtaxe) calculation and reporting, and invoice-ready exports. Support is provided by real people in German and English.
