Keepr is a rental management app for landlords and small agencies in Belgium. Walk through the property with your phone, photograph each room and add notes, then review the inspection report (plaatsbeschrijving / état des lieux) and let the tenant respond and sign through a link, without an account. Photos, notes and the signed PDF stay together in one file. During the lease Keepr calculates rent indexation with the health index and your region's EPC rules, and tracks deadlines. At move-out it puts move-in and move-out photos side by side per room and highlights differences; the tenant can accept or dispute each proposed deduction. AI tools compare damage, read contracts and draft formal-notice letters in Dutch, French and English. One property is free forever, no card needed.
