Oifers is a web app for creating, sending and tracking commercial quotes. You build each quote from your own product and service catalog (or import it from Excel), add your logo and brand colors, and send it to the client as a link. The client reads it on any device, can download it as a PDF and accepts it online by confirming a one-time code sent to their email.
After sending, you can see when the quote was opened, how many times and on what type of device, so you know when to follow up. Teams work with several sales agents, a shared catalog and a shared client list. Quotes can be sent in the client's language: Romanian, English or Hungarian.
Oifers also handles supplier quote requests. You list the materials you need, send one request to several suppliers, receive their prices line by line, compare them in RON or EUR, award each line and turn the result into the quote for your client. A bill of materials can also exist on its own, without a quote. Suppliers need an Oifers account, which they create from the request page; the quotes they send count toward their 10 free quotes.
Oifers is built for companies that send many quotes with products and installation work: doors and windows, furniture and kitchens, solar (PV), HVAC, construction, plumbing and electrical, interior finishing and renovation, interior design, landscaping.
The website also has free tools that work without an account: a quote maker and a request for quote (RFQ) generator for suppliers, both with PDF or Word download, plus markup, VAT and discount calculators.
Every plan includes all features; paid plans include unlimited quotes. Monthly prices, excluding VAT:
- Free: 1 user, 10 free quotes (one-time per company), no card required
- Solo: 1 user, 29 EUR / 35 USD / 150 RON
- Team: 3 users, 59 EUR / 69 USD / 300 RON
- Business: 10 users, 119 EUR / 139 USD / 600 RON
