How it works. You tell us the role. Within 48 hours we share 3–5 matched profiles from candidates who have passed our 4-stage vetting process, which about 1 in 12 applicants pass. You interview and choose. First hires typically start in under 10 days, 8 days on average. From then on, the person works 160+ hours a month in your tools, your stand-ups and a shift matched to your day: 4–5 hours of overlap with New York, 5½–6½ with London, about 8½ with Dubai and 5½–6½ with Sydney.
What we cover. 100+ technologies and functions: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, data engineering, AI/ML, web and mobile development, QA, DevOps, design, digital marketing, accounting for CPA firms, and business support. For companies ready for their own presence in India, we also build Global Capability Centers.
What it costs. One all-inclusive monthly rate per person, covering salary, benefits, office, equipment, software licences and management: US$1,800–2,500 for junior staff up to US$5,000–7,000 for architects and leads. There is no placement fee and no long-term contract, and a free replacement within the first two weeks.
Security. Individual NDAs, full IP assignment to the client, company-managed encrypted devices, VPN and MFA, and biometric office access. Our controls are aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2; Offshore1st is not certified.
