It is super easy to have an overview of who is who. When I arrived in the company, it helped me see who to refer to when I needed something or had questions. It also allows me and my team to plan our holidays better. I get a view of how many days I have left, and I can see who is off when, so we can arrange a schedule. It is also great software to share and store important documentation like contracts and else.

From onboarding to creating contracts in bulk contracts to sending everything concerning absences to my payroll provider, Officient does it all. The integration with my payroll provider (SD Worx) is also really impressive. I personally think the contract module is awesome.
