AWAI has two ways of working, built on the same analysis engine.
Group analysis replaces a fixed questionnaire. You write what you want to ask in
plain prose and share an invite link; the people answering need no account. Each
person talks with the AI on their own, and the AI follows up to draw them further
into their own thinking. Afterward, every conversation is regrouped by opinion, by
the reason underneath it, and by how many people arrived there. Opinions and reasons
are gathered separately, so a shared reason shows through even when people disagree,
and a view only one person raised stays as an outlier. Up to 100 respondents on
self-serve.
Meetings work in real time. Open a room, share the link, and each participant picks
the language they speak and read in. While people talk, what they say collects under
topics on the side, so you can glance over and see which topics the conversation has
covered so far. Afterward the meeting stays sorted by topic rather than as a
transcript in the order things were said.
Both end in a document. Put a plain-language question to the same material and it
becomes a report on the spot — one version for leadership, one for the floor, one as
requirements for a vendor. Export to PDF and edit it by hand afterward at no extra
cost.
There is a public demo that needs no signup: a hundred-person group analysis you can
move around inside, and a three-person meeting in three languages.
