Fairhours is time tracking, leave management, expense reports and a digital personnel file for companies that use Microsoft 365. Employees sign in with their company Microsoft account and clock in in the browser, on the phone as a web app, or at a clock-in terminal with a chip. Approved leave is entered into Outlook automatically, and the out-of-office reply is switched on and off. Expenses are captured by receipt photo and exported for accounting (DATEV CSV, Excel, PDF). Data is stored on a server in Germany (Nuremberg), and every company has its own database. AI features (receipt check, help chat) are optional and only active if booked. Fairhours is currently starting with pilot customers by invitation.
