GestionAutoecole.be is cloud software for driving schools in Wallonia and Brussels (Belgium). It brings together enrolment requests, student files, instructor and vehicle scheduling, exams, group sessions and invoicing (PDF invoices, lesson-hour credits, payment tracking). Each student follows their own category B licence pathway for their Region, only time behind the wheel counts towards the hours. The TCTC driving skills test is tracked separately from the final exam. Inspection documents can be printed: enrolment card, attendance list, daily sheet and annual register. Pricing is per location, not per user: €79/month excl. VAT (or €758.40/year), one location included. Onboarding is assisted, with CSV import. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) and can be exported at any time. Assisted beta, French interface. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
