Octagnt is AI recruiting software that verifies candidate credentials and validates employment claims before shortlisting. It integrates with applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn, Workday, and Greenhouse to detect resume inflation, fabricated experience, and inconsistencies. Using a nine-dimension forensic audit framework, Octagnt evaluates candidates through weighted composite scoring across various vectors. Specialized AI agents perform trust verification, authenticity diagnostics, and flag issues traditional methods may miss. The platform includes voice screening, asynchronous pre-vetting, and generates tamper-proof audit trails. It delivers candidate dossiers with trust scores, skill assessments, and role fit analysis. Each evaluation enhances the system's learning mechanism, improving future assessments and building hiring intelligence.
