The Engage platform is innovative and well thought out, providing a great experience for users. Publishing articles is a seamless experience and I love the fact that users can interact using emojis and comments. I also love that the tool can be personalised with things like banners, making it unique to our company and priorities and making important information stand out. A big hit with our users is the recognition element as it's easy to use and perfect for recognising great behaviours instantly. Being able to add rewards to this is something that has been a huge benefit to our team and greatly received by users. Given the current climate, being recognised and being able to convert a reward into vouchers of your choice in seconds is unmatchable in my opinion. When it comes to the team at Ocasta, requests are always fulfilled in a timeley manner, with super fast email responses and regular updates provided.
