OakHive is an AI interviewer for knowledge transfer. When an employee resigns, the manager adds their name and role, and OakHive interviews them for up to two hours, in one sitting or over a few days, following up when an answer is vague. Before the last day, the manager gets a four-part summary, including what was not covered, plus an offboarding checklist. The successor gets a handover guide and a guided session to walk through chapter by chapter, and the team gets a chat that answers questions from what was said, with every answer linked to its source. Interviews run in the browser with nothing to prepare, in English or Lithuanian. Data is stored in Microsoft Azure's EU region, isolated per customer, with a data processing agreement in every contract. Sold per departure or as a yearly subscription.
