EasyHeadChef is restaurant management software for kitchens and front of house. Restaurants record their recipes with ingredients, amounts and the 14 EU allergens, and the app calculates the cost per portion, margin and food cost percentage of every dish. When an ingredient price changes, the cost updates in every recipe and dish that uses it.
Menus can be published as a digital QR menu with photos and allergens, translated with AI, and printed from the same data. AI can read a photo of a menu, a recipe or a supplier invoice and add it to the app for review.
Other modules include inventory counts with minimum stock levels and supplier ordering, daily team tasks with temperature logs, and a floor plan where waiting staff take orders on their phones or guests order from the QR menu, sent directly to a kitchen display.
