What I like most about NXP is that once you are in their embedded world there is nothing you need they don't provide. They have the controllers best in the market be it real-time applications, automotive applications. They provide the best software to help in developing ex, MCUExpresso IDE(development environment), MCUExpresso IDE(Config tool). Their SDK's are included with a hell of a lot of examples, drivers. All these things in the end help developer to decrease the product's time to market. And on top of all these good things they have the best and fast community among other big players in the market.

The community support and documentation is very good.
