Numulo is invoicing and proposal software built for contractors and small trade businesses: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, painters, cleaners, landscapers and handymen. Send a proposal and the customer reviews it, ticks any optional add-ons and signs on their phone. Numulo then creates the deposit invoice and the balance invoice for you. If the job changes, send a change order the customer signs, and the balance updates by exactly what they approved. When the job is done, one click dates and sends the final invoice. Getting paid takes less chasing. Customers pay by card or bank transfer through your own Stripe account. Numulo never holds the money and adds no fee of its own. You can also list Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or check on every invoice. Reminders go out before and after the due date until the invoice is paid, and they stop when the customer says they’ve paid. Each customer gets one page with everything open, paid and signed. Behind the scenes: a saved price list with item breakdowns, reusable job templates, expense tracking from receipt photos, bank statement matching, reports, warranty tracking and a year-end tax package for your accountant. It runs in any browser and as an Android app. The free invoice generator needs no sign-up. Free accounts include invoices and 3 proposals a month. Pro is $9 a month or $90 a year and adds unlimited proposals, e-signature, deposits, card payments and your branding. Team is $15 a month for up to 5 logins on one business.
