Nucleo360 is a web-based HR platform built for Spanish small and medium-sized businesses that need to comply with local labor regulations without complexity. It brings together in a single place the obligations that are usually scattered across spreadsheets, email and paper folders.
The core module is statutory time tracking (registro horario), required for all Spanish companies since May 2019 under RD-ley 8/2019. Employees clock in from the browser, from mobile, or even via WhatsApp for teams working in the field. The system supports fixed and flexible schedules, rotating and night shifts, geolocated clock-ins and overtime control. Every entry keeps its real time with full traceability and a modification history, records are stored for the four years required by Spanish law, and the report for the Labor Inspectorate is generated in one click.
It also covers leave and absence management with approval flows, a shared team calendar and automatic balance tracking; document management with digital signature (OTP) for payslips, contracts and notices; and an internal whistleblowing channel compliant with Ley 2/2023, with anonymous or identified reports, unique tracking IDs and legal response deadlines. Beyond compliance, it includes team management with roles and permissions, project management with time allocation, an inventory module for equipment assigned to employees, and employee self-service.
Fully web-based: nothing to install, works on desktop and mobile. Customer data is hosted in Spain (Tier III data centers), GDPR and LOPDGDD compliant, with human support in Spanish and regulatory guidance included.
Transparency: Nucleo360 does not calculate payroll (it exports data to your payroll advisor) and does not include recruitment (ATS).
