Nozl is job management software built specifically for exterior cleaning businesses: window cleaners, pressure washing companies, roof treatment specialists and soft washing crews. It replaces the patchwork of generic field service tools, spreadsheets and paper that most cleaning businesses outgrow, with one system covering the office, the crew and the customer.
Quoting is fast and consistent. Office staff build the customer-facing quote description from reusable templates, set prices from a lookup table, and email a PDF with an online link. Customers can accept and sign online, and an accepted quote becomes a job automatically, with the work broken into a clear task list for the crew.
The calendar is built around how cleaning crews actually work. Jobs can be assigned to individuals or to whole crews, and travel time between nearby jobs is calculated and shown automatically. Custom calendar views let each person see what matters to them.
Recurring work is where Nozl stands out. Repeat plans can hold multiple items at different frequencies, such as windows monthly and interior glass every third visit. Plans support plan discounts and rolling due dates, and a dedicated roof treatment mode handles first visits and annual follow-ups. Upcoming recurring work feeds a monthly revenue forecast on the dashboard.
In the field, the crew app works offline and syncs when back in range. Crews can complete jobs, send invoices and record payments on site. Card payments run through each business’s own Stripe account, and invoices sync to Xero.
Nozl also includes a door-knocking map for canvassing teams, commission tracking for staff who generate sales, equipment and pressure washer hour tracking, and a passwordless customer portal where clients can view upcoming jobs and past invoices. Multi-location and franchise businesses can keep each franchise’s customer data separate while head office retains full visibility.
Nozl is built in New Zealand by people who run exterior cleaning businesses.
