Guests join your line by scanning a QR code, at a kiosk, or from your own website. Each gets a private place-in-line page with a live wait estimate. They get a text, WhatsApp or email when it's their turn, so they wait wherever they like instead of crowding your door. Your team sees everyone on one board. They can add, notify, seat, serve or mark a no-show, edit a guest without losing their place, and undo a mistake with one tap.
When you outgrow the line, the same account runs the rest of the business. Reservations and paid bookings sit beside walk-ins. Your branded storefront takes orders, tickets, class passes and memberships. Waivers are signed at checkout. Every guest builds a customer history you can search and message.
