I started using Notta because I wanted an easier way to keep track of recorded meetings and conversations without writing everything down myself. The transcription is the part I use most, and I like being able to go back to the written version when I need to find a particular point. The interface is also fairly easy to understand, so I didn't need much time to get comfortable with it.
