The real-time data is the most useful!! The ability to see your projects in real time has been something everyone in our organization has found very helpful. We can login and know where we are without a lot of leg work. As long as the data entered is accurate we have accurate project updates

The seamless job cost accounting integration with Yardi, particularly the payable invoices with images and contracts. With its intuitive interface, it's easy to make common revisions such as budget line re-classes and instantly update real-time progress. The draw reports are customizable and professional looking.

Vendor invoice tracking is extremely helpful as are the cost reports and draw packages. I also like the summaries and the ability to stack reports in the rpeort builder.
