Medenda is cloud software for medical practices, dental offices and clinics in Greece: appointment calendar with free-slot search and waiting list, patient records with visit history and insurance details, automatic SMS reminders the day before each appointment, payment and balance tracking, multiple doctors and staff accounts, two-way Google Calendar sync, encrypted data hosted in the EU. Its AI receptionist, Menta, answers the practice phone 24 hours a day in natural Greek: checks real availability, books, reschedules and cancels appointments, recognises returning patients, gives practice information and takes messages, flagging urgent ones.
