Norbiss is a money tracking app for owners of small businesses: hotels and guesthouses, vacation rentals, beauty salons, cafés, shops, workshops and other service businesses. It answers the questions owners usually build spreadsheets for: how much money is in the cash desk, the bank and on every card right now, who owes the business and when, and how much the business actually earned this month, quarter or year.
Staff sign in with their own logins and work in their own sections. The front desk takes payment on a booking, the supply manager records a purchase, the manager pays salaries — and it all lands in finance without double entry. Roles define, section by section, what each person can view, create, edit or delete; account balances and profit can be hidden from staff. Every transaction keeps an edit history: who changed it, when, and what it was before.
For hotels, guesthouses and vacation rentals Norbiss has a booking grid by room with guest, amount and balance due, calendar sync with Booking.com and Airbnb through iCal, revenue counted by nights stayed, and occupancy, ADR and RevPAR compared with the previous period. Salons get an online booking link, client history with no-shows, passes and gift cards, and materials written off per service. Cafés and shops get stock with low-stock alerts, purchases and supplier debts.
Every business also gets: debts with due dates and one-tap reminder text, tasks and repairs, staff pay (salary, per shift or per hour, advances and deductions), a cash forecast with a reserve, an advisor that checks the records and points out problems such as overdue customer debts, CSV export, business history by year and time-limited reports for investors or buyers. Several businesses can be run from one account.
Norbiss works in the browser on phone and computer, installs on the phone like an app and keeps working offline. The interface is available in English, Russian and Armenian. Integrations include iCal calendars, Exely PMS, Telegram notifications, WhatsApp reminders via GREEN-API, SMS and Viber via Dexatel, and a REST API with per-business keys.
