Nonimo is a privacy layer between a company and the AI tools its staff use. It runs locally on Mac and Windows. Select text in an email, a document or a chat, press one key, and client names, company names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, card numbers, IBANs and reference numbers are replaced with labels such as [PERSON_1]. The text that reaches ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini carries no client data, and the real details are restored when you copy the AI's reply.
Nonimo also redacts Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and OpenDocument files before they are uploaded, and a Chrome and Safari extension works with the app to redact what is pasted into ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Detection uses Nonimo's own model, trained to spot personal data from context. The original data never leaves the computer and none of the text reaches Nonimo. Free beta until 31 December 2026.
