What we do: • Operational audits — we map the workflows, handoffs and hidden bottlenecks across a company and show exactly where to act. • Team training — Skillnet-supported programmes; twelve Skillnet networks, 1,000+ people trained across 60+ organisations. • Strategy and advisory — AI governance, EU AI Act readiness, and a plan the board can sign off. • Custom builds — workflow automation and bespoke AI tools for the bottlenecks nothing off the shelf will touch. We are model-agnostic across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini and do not resell AI seats.
