Noda is an agentic AI platform for commercial building operations. It connects to the systems already running a portfolio, continuously analyzes equipment and energy performance, and takes action to reduce energy waste, lower operating costs, and cut carbon emissions. Analytics platforms stop at dashboards and fault detection tools stop at alarms. Noda treats those signals as inputs. It identifies root causes across systems, validates whether a fix is economically worthwhile, executes optimizations through two-way controls where authorized, and measures the result. Teams get a short list of execution-ready work instead of a longer queue to triage. Noda is BMS-agnostic, integrating with leading building management systems and any system supporting BACnet/IP, Modbus, or MQTT. Connection is established through the Noda LaunchPad, a secure on-premise gateway that requires no BMS reprogramming.
