I found the software helpful especially in talking about client risk and how it relates to a portfolio. It was a good baseline talking point. I was also easy to use.

Since I have to write 40 words here, I have enjoyed how difficult they make it for clients to cancel a subscription service. They are rude and arrogant. I think they have hired back all the ex-AOL online customer service reps.

Nothing... I first started using it back in the beta stage and as it has been tweeked and upgraded over the years it has become to confusing and too expensive. Now I am trapped in a contract and have to pay when I don't even use their software. The old trick was played to trap me into this contract. I guess I live and learned. The merit of the software does not even matter to keep me as a client. Now I am a client that feels and is stuck paying for something that is no use for me. Companies should not trap you into contracts. You should want to stay with them because you like there service. However thus company does not have that philosophy.
