Nimbley is quote automation software for businesses that create custom quotes. Companies build a guided quote flow with their own questions, products and pricing logic, and embed it as a widget on their website. Customers click through the questions, configure what they need, and receive a tailored price estimate immediately. The business receives a complete, structured request with all the details needed to follow up. Quote flows branch based on the customer's answers, so each customer only sees relevant questions. Quantities, tiered pricing, surcharges and optional extras are calculated automatically. Nimbley can be used for any quoting process where the price depends on customer choices, such as equipment and decoration rental, catering, venue hire and events, installation, construction, photography and other services. Nimbley is developed in the Netherlands. Plans start at €39 per month (billed annually). Businesses can set up their quote flow themselves or use the onboarding service, in which the Nimbley team builds the flow together with them.
