Nidèra is an Italian, browser-based management tool for people who rent out 1 to 15 holiday homes or short-term rental apartments, alone or with a small team. It brings daily work into one page: it reads bookings from the channel manager (Booking.com, Airbnb and the property's own website via Beds24 or the PMS already in use), organizes cleaning shifts and sends them to the cleaners, prepares and sends Alloggiati Web guest registrations starting from a photo of the ID document, prepares ISTAT statistics according to regional rules and calculates the tourist tax. For commercial decisions it suggests a price for each night and explains why (season, holidays, occupancy, lead time, prices of similar nearby properties), drafts replies to reviews and prepares Google Ads campaigns with a dedicated landing page for free dates. Every outward action starts only after the user confirms: the AI suggests and explains, the host decides. Every morning Nidèra shows arrivals, departures, missing documents, tight changeovers and deadlines in order of urgency. Data and backups in the European Union. Interface in Italian.
