A all encompassing video analytics tool

We use it to guege our customer experience and content performance. What I like most about NPAW, it can measure almost anything you can think of including device, title, phone number, geography.

Very intuitive product, stable and excellent support. As indicated in the title, the product is super intuitive to use. People understand it perfectly and quickly adopt its use. And the experience with support is remarkable. Tracking pending issues is also excellent!

Video Analytics - powerful and highly flexible

|NPAW Suite
First of all, the team behind NPAW! Everyone is super committed and open to further improving their product based on feedback from their customers. Having a decent tool is one thing, but it's the people around it that make this a success. In terms of features, we are particularly impressed by the high level of flexibility and adaptability that their product offers out of the box. Analyzing enormous amounts of data is not a problem at all (even when using multiple filters). Results are presented almost instantaneously.
