NFC.cool Business Card is digital business card software for individuals and teams, with apps for iPhone and Android and a web dashboard for team admins and members. Users create a card with their contact details, logo, colors and links, then share it by NFC tag, QR code or link. The recipient does not need an app to open the card or save it as a contact. Paid plans add lead capture forms, lead statuses and tags, and analytics for card views, contact saves and link taps. Conference Mode shows the card's QR code on the phone's Lock Screen, and cards can also be added to Apple Wallet. The Team plan is managed from the web. Admins set a locked company brand for every card, invite people by email, assign roles and manage seats. Leads from all cards collect in a shared inbox where they can be assigned and tracked, and they stay with the company when someone leaves. Team features also include insights per card, branded and automatic follow-up emails, custom domains for card links, a HubSpot connection, webhooks, and an MCP connection for AI assistants.
