NEXUS Platform is an operating system for independent mortgage broker shops. It consolidates the tools a shop runs on into one system: pipeline management, email and SMS campaign automation, branded loan proposals, digital 1003 applications with MISMO export, a borrower portal for status tracking and document upload, and owner oversight dashboards covering every LO and loan under the company license. NEXUS also prepares the NMLS Mortgage Call Report automatically: loan dispositions are captured as LOs work their pipeline, so at quarter end the owner reviews the completed worksheet and files, with XML export ready for NMLS. No spreadsheet reconstruction. A visual automation builder creates multistep email and SMS sequences with drag and drop, and an integrated booking page lets prospects schedule directly. Built in Michigan by a producing loan officer for broker shops.
