NextRaktár is a Hungarian point-of-sale and inventory program for small shops: drinks shops, grocery stores, greengrocers, boutiques, food trucks and market traders. The Windows program runs in the shop and keeps its data on the shop's own main computer, so the till keeps working through a short internet outage; a web account at nextraktar.hu handles shops, devices, phone-based stock counts and the subscription.
The till works with a USB barcode scanner, splits payments between cash, card, transfer, SZÉP card and vouchers, and prints receipts on ESC/POS thermal printers. Products have multiple barcodes, price tiers and timed promotions; stock tracks batches and expiry dates, minimum stock and reorder suggestions, and moves between warehouses. VAT invoices are issued from the till through NextBill (or a connected Számlázz.hu or Billingo account), and supplier invoices can be received without typing.
Optional modules connect WooCommerce, UNAS, ShopRenter, Wix and Foodora webshops (stock and prices go out, orders come back on a schedule) and courier services. Reports cover sales by category and VAT, stock value and best and slowest sellers, with Excel and one-click accountant exports. Unlimited users with roles and an audit log.
NextRaktár is not a NAV-certified cash register: the fiscal receipt still comes from the shop's cash register. Operated by NextSoft Kft. (Göd, Hungary).
