It has been a long time since I got a new slider plugin and I am so glad I found this one. The amount of facilities available is amazing.

Smart Slider 3 is a great WordPress plugin for a custom slide show with the capability of multiple layers of images and text per slide, and additionally with video capability. I have used Smart Slider 3 on a number of my sites for various purposes. It works great as a home page landing slider. It is also a great way to showcase products. Specifically, I have a wedding stationery specialist as a website client, and it allows me to showcase all her products by putting the image in 1 layer, the link to contact her in another layer, and also a layer giving photographic credit for her images. I have another website that I built for a fine artist where I use it to showcase different categories of the artist's works. This is honestly one of the most versatile plugins I have ever used.
