Nexoria Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a software company based in Kelkheim (Taunus), Germany. It was founded in 2026 by Caan Grueneberg and Christian Klever. Nexoria is a work platform for businesses. Its core combines knowledge storage, Nexoria Drive, enterprise search (document search) and the Nex AI assistant. Nexoria Office includes Doc, Calc and Slides. Documents in Nex, workspaces and permissions, OCR, transcription, tasks, chatbots and automations complement the platform. Nexoria Mail, Nexoria Meet and VoiceBot are optional add-ons. VoiceBot requires a Nexoria subscription. Connections are set up on request, depending on the environment and permissions; additional target systems are assessed for the specific project. Files and the core knowledge index are stored on servers in Germany. Answer generation uses the Mistral AI API. External AI and other enabled services have separate data flows; processing locations, terms and settings need to be checked for each service.
