I also love the variety of button options, like the green message one, which adds a nice touch. Of course, it depends on the user, some might prefer a simpler, more basic generator, but for me, this works just right.

I don't know any upside because we are being charged for another year, yet we don't want the software, and don't use it. Customer service takes too long because they are not in North America.
