DeepCost is the tender estimating app in CCorex, built for MEP and fire-protection contractors. Capture each opportunity with its tender type, trades and submission date, and get an AI summary of the tender documents that your estimators review and export. Organise the job by building, floor and room with hazard class, take off materials per area and price them from one library of components and assemblies — material and installation prices, markups and dated price history. Validation rules per trade catch the wrong component before it is priced, and every stage is submitted and approved. FOT AI finds the quantity and amount columns on the client's BOQ PDF so your prices are filled on top of it. Export area, component and FOT reports to Excel or PDF. Comes with Fire Protection, ACMV, A&A and ELV trades in SGD.

Upload a drawing, calibrate the scale, measure rooms and areas, and apply rates to turn measured quantities into a priced BOQ. It shares one sign-in with DeepCost tender estimating. AI take-off, which reads drawings for you, is in early access.
DeepTrack runs a contractor's projects from contract to profit. Set up each project with contract value, retention and payment terms; approve budgets and track budget against actual by workhead, WBS and cost centre. Purchase requests are raised against the approved budget and routed through your configured approvals, then follow PR → PO → delivery → invoice matching → payment. Issue client progress claims with retention and 9% GST and a PDF certificate, record timesheets, and allocate labour and overhead to projects at month-end.
