Quarma360 is a 360° performance review platform built for growing European SMEs with 10–300 employees. It suits companies that have outgrown Excel but don't need, or can't justify, enterprise HR software.
Instead of a single manager deciding an employee's rating, everyone involved evaluates each other on defined competencies. That includes managers, direct reports, peers and the employee themselves. Teams can pick from a competency bank built by HR professionals or create their own soft-skill and hard-skill frameworks.
The built-in Themis AI engine supports the whole process:
- Setup: maps your organizational network, generates competencies and translates content.
- AI telemetry and Trust Score: detect suspicious rating behavior as it happens, such as rushed submissions, uniform scores or coordinated reviews. Those evaluations then count for less, so results are more accurate and harder to game.
- AI assistant: helps with admin work during and after each assessment.
When an assessment closes, Quarma360 instantly produces reports by competency and rater group, with network diagrams and analytics. An optional 15-level bonus/malus system turns results into bonus calculations automatically, so employees can see exactly how their ratings affect their pay. Results can be linked to meetings, files, tasks and development plans so feedback turns into action.
