I really like the maintenance capability of the tool. We deal with a lot of transitions and changes with our customers and this provides us a quick solution to link items to each other and stop us from ordering something for a period of time without having to write it down somewhere and remember to manally remove it from an order. This has proven to be a significant time savings for our team compared to what we were using previously.

The best thing about NH is the fact that you can control the forecast by changing the forecast models in most every situation to fit your sales environment. It also contains so much information that can be extracted with ease in an Excel like platform so you can analyze your data any way you would like. Implementation was a breeze and only took approximately a month to complete with very few issues. When we did run into issues the customer support was very good and timely. Most times we would get answers to our questions within a few hours even if they were our own internal issues with multi-system integrations.
