GrisaKI is an AI platform for small and mid-sized businesses, built and supported by new face Media GmbH in Sangerhausen, Germany. Companies use GrisaKI's AI agents to answer phone calls around the clock (AI phone assistant), to chat with customers and applicants on their website and on WhatsApp, to sort and draft replies in the customer service inbox, to pre-qualify job applicants and to automate business processes. The modules can be booked individually or combined and share one company knowledge base. Setup, integration with Microsoft 365, calendars and CRM, and ongoing support from Germany are included; data processing agreement under GDPR.
