Easy to use and powerful Great compression Not resource intensive

We are evaluating this software to be used on all of our computers. I get very annoyed when I receive a PDF or Powerpoint attachment that is 10mb, only to find that it is bloated and could have been 500kb instead! NXPowerlite plugs into Outlook and immediately upon pressing send will compress the files attached to the emails. It works GREAT! There is also a standalone application, but it isn't as convenient.
